Road Accident is one of the problems of our country. Because of road accident many innocent people die.  In the picture above we have created a root cause analysis for road accident. In the road accident there are four subdivision Driver violation traffic rules, Pedestrian violating traffic rules, insufficient traffic and rad signs, and Irresponsible traffic enforcer. We categorized it as the four main causes of road accidents. One of the root cause of road accident is that the diver is always in rush. Because of this scenario the driver tend to go fast as he can to go to the place where he/ she should. This practice should be change, we should practice our self to anticipate the traffic we will face. Also Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs is very risky, you should avoid it. Impatient driver is also one root of accidents because it makes the driver to get mad easily and begin a fight with another driver. We should always be cool when we our driving to prevent fight and worst death because of it. Improper acquisition of driving skills is also a root because the driver who just learn from somebody who is not a professional mentor, gets the possibility that the things you will learn our not enough to be a responsible driver

                I as a driver I follow rules and regulation in road as I prevent accidents from happening but not all the pedestrian is following the rules in the traffic and road. Because all they know is when you got hit by the car it is always the driver’s fault. This is one evidence that the government should revise our law about this. Because this law make the law pedestrian proud and angry to the driver but when you see whose fault it is. It was the pedestrian who is not following rules.

                Safety precautions is one of the things needed to prevent accidents. But in our rural areas the road signs our not enough. Because the local government does not give much budget to this issue. But if the funds were properly manage it would be enough to suffice the needed budget for the road signs. Because of this lack of road signs the pedestrian also lack of knowledge because he /she does not read the proper label in the road.

                 

                Traffic enforcer has one of the big contribution to prevent accidents. But because of the abusive use of power the enforcer forget to be a responsible traffic enforcer that prevents accidents.
